Ten months ago my little brother was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia just 12 days before his 34th birthday.

He spent six months in a hospital room whilst he underwent aggressive chemotherapy, experienced a terrifying coma and then a further couple of months in hospital to undergo a stem cell transplant.

Jimmy is still fighting the fight against this dirty little disease and throughout people have been asking what they can do to help. The truth is, we didn't really know... until now.
