Sound Therapy Hampshire is fundraising to support Unit 12's vision for community.

Their vision is to provide a variety of activities which allow people to collaborate through the medium of the arts, sport, youth work and support networks which offer a service in the form of personal and social well being. They aim to be a flexible community which provides a safe and secure environment for people of all ages, abilities and walks of life to meet and learn or to develop new skills.

Community and supporting those in need is at the heart of what Sound Therapy Hampshire has always been about. By receiving a community Sound Bath experience we can collectively breath a sigh of relief and draw aside for an hour from the busyness of everyday life - allowing us to leave the session feeling relaxed and restored more able to serve those we love and come into contact with as well as have some time for ourselves. Please bring your own mat to lie on and anything to make you comfortable.

Sound Baths are not suitable for anyone before 3 months pregnant/epilepsy/heart conditions/serious mental health conditions. Age 16 and over with parental consent.
