Leon's story. He was born with Bilateral primary congenital glaucoma but it wasn't diagnosed till he was 5 months old. He has been up and London hospital since then for numerous operations and check ups nearly every 3 months. He is in a main stream school and academically doing really well. At the moment he is learning touch typing and now gonna start braile. Also will be having lesson using a cane. His right eye has never had full vision but over the years has gone to nothing. His left eye is also deteriorating quick rapidly. He is so strong and brave and will give anything a go. He won't let his disability stop him. I'm so very proud of him and get more proud every day. He is scared every morning when he wakes up incase his vision goes completely. He copes really well considering some days his eyes hurt or he has headaches but again he don't let it stop him.
