The Warrior Mum Project is a social enterprise that fights child poverty by empowering parents. All profits stay in the project to benefit the families we work with. We run workshops for parents to support them to believe they can be, do and have what they set their minds to.

Child poverty is increasing. 1 in 4 Scottish children are living in poverty and this includes working families too. Some children are crying in school with hunger pains, parents can't afford to buy their kids winter jackets or heat their homes, there's now such a thing as lightbulb poverty and period poverty.

We are raising money for The Hub, a special place for parents when they need space and for families when they need support. We believe that if parents feel empowered they can go on to make positive changes, their confidence will soar and taking on new challenges becomes exciting and so new opportunities are created. Give a family the right tools and they can create a life that supports them to thrive and shift out of poverty.

The Hub will be a warm welcoming place for families. Lots of activities and workshops that bring families together and start the dreaming of and believing in a better life and then how to make it happen. We will be open at weekends and school holidays to bridge the gap for struggling families. It was be a fun and lively place where peoole want to be.

We are moving into what was an office and we need everything from flooring to a kitchen! We need your help to make The Hub feel like home for the families that will visit us and get the doors open for families. We realky do need yoyr help.
