Thank you so much for visiting my site.  On 9th October 2008, at Headcorn Parachute club, I jumped from a plane, hoping to raise £2,000 for Phab.

Croydon and District Society of Chartered Accountants is lending support to Phab this year and hopes to help raise as much as possible - with your help. As CDSCA's president I am very proud to be connected to Phab and all their hard work.

I needed to lose 2 stones in 2 months before being able to do this jump. Phab Vice President, and professional fitness coach Dave Prowse has been running me through a strict regime and the weight has been falling off! You may have heard of Dave's name- he played Darth Vader in Star Wars!

Money raised through all your generous donations will go to supporting a network of over 200 clubs. Phab clubs provide valuable support for families, and carers helping them overcome feelings of isolation. All members of the same family can belong to the same club and they are able to enjoy events and activities together and with others.

Phab activities, such as outward bound trips each summer, promote self reliance and enhance the living skills and abilities of young people through a diverse range of projects embracing the aims of Phab. The cost to Phab to cater for just one child on these trips is £1,000. 

Phab is a small charity with a big heart, and every penny and every pound really does make a difference.
