My story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

We'll be jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Latest Updates:

19th Sept
Paul Melton, Brian and James jumped on Saturday. That brings the number of people who have jumped to 14.
13th Sept Well done Lisa & Tasha! They jumped today and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Fingers crossed for the weather this weekend when the rest of the team are heading to Kent to complete their skydives. 31st Aug Mary has become the latest person to jump, taking advantage of a sunny evening yesterday. 30th Aug Ben, Christine, Daniel and Kate all jumped on the 27th Aug. The rest of the team are due to jump by mid September. 15th Aug Howard, Sarah, Emily & Chris all jumped on the 13th August. Unfortunately the rest of the team were unable to jump due to bad weather on the Sunday. We will be re-booking though so watch this space! See picture of the team on Sunday wearing their GOSH t-shirts. L-R: Mary, Chris, Howard, Christine, Kate, Daniel, Sarah, Ben & Mark. The money we raise will help fund a Medical Day Care Centre (due to open Spring 06). This will include Multi-bed Treatment Room, computer monitors, and basic facilities. The Medical Day Care Centre will allow the hospital to treat up to 20,000 more children by 2009. The team members are: Howard Hines, Sarah Hines, Chris Hines, Emily Horwich, Christine Hembling, Ben Evans, Kate Gregory, Natasha Dunt, Daniel Price, Brian Robertson, Mark Westcott, Mary Walshe, Lisa Ford, James Macpherson & Steve Taylor. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Many thanks for your support and photographic evidence will be available after the event!
