On the 29th of September we are leaving Bristol to travel across Europe and down the length of Africa to Cape Town by motorcycle. Hoping to arrive in Cape Town in time to celebrate the New Year. You can follow our progress (and spills)on our website www.depart2peninsula.com.
In doing our ride from Bristol to Cape Town down the east coast of Africa we are hoping to raise money for Riders for Health. This dedicated charity is involved in improving lives at a grass roots level in this amazing continent we are travelling through.

£1 enables a motorcycle to run for 10 miles (16 kms) - taking essential healthcare ever nearer to poor rural communities throughout Africa
£10 ensures that a healthworker can travel 100 miles in the struggle to reach communities isolated by poverty, distance and harsh terrain
