My story

 

Mark and I have decided it would be a good idea to get fit- if nothing else we'll look good while trying...

We know that the credit is crunching, but you have 2 options:

1) at 6.40am on 20th June swim 1500m, cycle 40 km and then run 10km

2 )be very generous and donate anything you can to help us raise money for The British Neurological Research Trust.
