I know that 5k is not a huge distance. In fact it barely counts as a distance. But, for one so unfit as me, 5k presents something of a challenge. I have been training too which has surprised me. I always thought of jogging as being something other people do. Anyway, Chickenshed is a great cause, me sweating in a Santa Suit is undeniably comical, and I'm not asking you to give much. A couple of quid or a fiver from everyone would make a considerable difference. You could even club together with someone if you're feeling the pinch. Every penny helps!!
