My story

After five years off, I've decided to hit the streets again, in preparation for the Nike 10K run on 8 October, 2006.  I'm being ambitious, and hoping to better the 42m 30s minutes I clocked at the tender age of 28.

This time, I'm aiming to raise £2,000 for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, which I'm sure you'll agree is a worthwhile cause and I hope you'll support.

I'll keep you posted on training progress, but in the meantime, please, please dig deep and hit one of the buttons above (or below) to help me reach the £2,000 target.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.  It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: NSPCC will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you!

Many thanks for your support.
