Nearly 15 years ago I tried to climb Mt Snowdon, but had to give up an hour short of the top on a baking hot, muggy August day. I am having another attempt in August 2009.

        In September 2001 I was involved in an accident which resulted in the loss of my right leg. My life was saved by the swift response of the air ambulance. Through my ascent of Mt. Snowdon I aim to raise as much as possible for the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.
