My story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Having suffered from arthritis for a number of years I had a hip resurfacement operation three years ago which has totally relieved the great amount of pain I was experiencing.....
An opportunity to raise funds for the arthritis care charity and 'give something back' to a worthy cause has resulted in some golfing friends helping me donate £2000 over the last two years....
Our fundraising golf outings have raised £1,000 to this online account and another £1,000 to the Arthritis Care Branch at the Hollies Day Centre in Musselburgh.....
I've extended this page in the hope that more donations may still be raised as I had originally targeted £3,000 ...
.. .it might just take a wee bit longer to reach....but we are 2/3 of the way there now..
So... let's keep it going!
