<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>My friend Lauren's cousin Robert suffered a paralysing spinal injury in May whilst travelling as a passenger in a friend's car. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Rob and his three friends all suffered various serious injuries to their necks and spines.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>They are all doing well thanks to the expert help and support of both the hospitals that treated them, Sir John Radcliffe in Oxford and currently the National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville, and also the Spinal Injuries Association.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Myself, Lauren and 2 of my other colleagues from the nursery, Emma and Jessica are planning a Jailbreak. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Jailbreaks are charity fundraising events where people are sponsored to try and get as far as possible in 24 hours without spending anything on transport. We are doing our's in pairs and handcuffed together. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>We will start at 7AM on November the 5th at Oxford Circus and will travel as far as we can pennyless. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Please dig deep and sponsor us for this fantastic cause, all money raised is sent directly to Stoke Mandeville Spinal Unit where the staff are doing an amazing job!</strong></span></p>
