Its been a while since I have done any sponsored events so I thought it was about time to hit you all up again! I am competing in two events in the coming months. The first is a swimathon in March as a member of 'Team Temwa' and the second is an '80 miles around the west' cycle ride in May. Neither quite compare to my 1,200 mile trek across the wilds of NZ back in 2004/2005 but the cause is still just as worthy.
I am again raising money for Temwa, a growing charity that raises money to implement community-based projects in Malawi, Africa. The projects cover health education, schools support, skills training, agriculture/irrigation and community forestry and have already made a huge impact upon many peoples lives.
