We believe that a healthy mind and body leads to a healthy society. Ki Centres provide Ki Treatments and energy classes for the general public and act as a base for our community projects. We work in close partnership with organisations to support the health and well being of the elderly, war veterans, young people, the homeless and those with mental difficulties and chronic illness, reaching out to diverse cultures throughout London and nationwide.

My story

Hi All!

We are starting our walk -27th June 0300hrs- planning to finish in less than 24hrs-- (aiming for 18hrs!)
THE LYKE WAKE WALK is a complete crossing of the North Yorkshire Moors along their main east-west watershed between the Stone at grid reference 470994 and the Trig point at 971012, a distance of approximately 40 miles. video info at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ucQdRcnxnU

Great if you spare a couple of quid for the Charity Silv and I work with that suppport & give treatments to the Emergency Services & those that need support.
