Thank you everybody that have made a donations. I'm still training weather permitting for the 2 bigger bike rides, which aren't far away now. If you know anybody that wants to make a donation towards a good cause, then send them my way, all will be greatful.

I am cycling 3 rides organised by bike events in June and July.

My first ride will be on the 3rd of June, I will cycle 40 miles from Salford Quays in Manchester to Otterspool Park in Liverpool along the canal path.

My second ride will be on the 8th July, I will cycle 60 miles from Old Trafford in Manchester to South Promenade Blackpool via Preston.

My third ride will be on the following weekend on the 15th July, I will cycle 52 miles from Victoria Park London to Priory Park Southend via Mountnessing and Hanningfield.

My wife Christine and I were delighted with the birth of our twin boys Alex & Connor born on the 17th February 2010 in Blackpool Victoria hospital.  Due to being born so prematurely they had to be transfered to the Sharoe Green unit in Preston.  The staff there were so friendly and kind we don't know how to say thank them enough other than to raise money for the the Baby Beat Appeal charity which helps fund the neo-natel department with equipment etc above what the hospital funds allow.  As Connor had to have surgeory, they were transfered to Liverpool Womens hospital to be operated on at Alderhey hospital.  Then sadly Alex passed away on the the 22nd March and Connor passed away on the 20th April.

On the the 21st of March this year my wife gave birth to my beautiful son Ryan who was born at Preston Hospital.  "Good things come in small packages".

I am doing this to thank everybody at Preston hospital and to help other babies and parents.
