My personal message:

I am running in the Flora London Marathon 2008 to raise money for the fantastic work carried out in cancer research and treatment at Charing Cross hospital. Shortly after the birth of our daughter in 2006 my wife was diagnosed with Choriocarcinoma, and underwent a year long battle with this disease enduring countless chemotherapy sessions and finally surgery. Without the support and treatment from the team at charing cross I wouldn't like to think what my family would be today.
