Once again i'm running for the charity Lifeblood to try and make people more aware of Thrombosis. in January 2007 me and the rest of my family lost dad, It's horrible and even now is still hard to imagine not seeing him again. Some how i have managed to get the long suffering Dave to agree to join me (it was either this or months of nagging, so lets face it the easy option has been taken). On a more selfish note, running this will get me fit for my own operation in the new year, so I would be very grateful to have an incentive to get off my fat derriere. Thank you x
