In January 2007, I will be heading off to Ecuador, to trek the Avenue of the Volcanoes, climbing a number of volcanoes on the way, climaxing with the summit of Cotopaxi, the highest active volcano in the world, standing at a massive 5,897m.

I am raising money for 'steps' and 'Reach', charities that provide much needed support for children and their families affected by limb abnormalities.
