On the 28th of June Liz and I are taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge (Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough) for the benefit of Bolton Lads & Girls Club. It involves 39 Km (24 miles) of walking and 1586m (5202 ft) of gruelling ascent! It will take at least 12 hours (almost as long as it has taken me to master this technology!) but it will all be worthwhile if you sponsor both of us. It's a bargain!
