Dear all

Im afraid I've had to pull out of the Marathon as my ankle still hasn't healed properly. This is a real blow as I was confident of making it, but the ankle has been obstinate for the last four weeks and just wouldn't have lasted the distance. Doh !

I am going to be entering the Nottingham 'Robin Hood' marathon in September instead, and I will hopefully justify your faith in me in that event by going the distance.
