My story

Yep, that's right TEN Marathons in TEN Days !! Mind you, Lake Windermere can be quite stunning in May ! 

Having completed 18 Marathons during the build-up, I can still only begin to fathom how tough this is going to be. My target has still not been reached so please donate whatever you can afford to part with !

 This mammoth task has been put together to raise funds for the Brathay Trust so that adventure weekends, educational and recreational trips can be funded for some of the most disadvantaged children across the UK so that their lives can be fulfilled with love, respect and a whole new view on life.

Believe me, this directly affects us all, so please, please, please make a donation on my little justgiving page and spread the word about my task to as many people as you know.

As another incentive, I will send to you a signed copy of my comedy-bio book (check my photos) that I wrote in 2007 about fundraising and marathon training if you donate over £10. 

However small, please donate whatever you can afford.

Well, the 2012 10in10 is finally over ! It has been the best roller coaster of pain and emotional anguish that could ever be envisaged by any athlete. Biggest thanks, of course, to those that contributed to my target of £2500 - WE DID IT !!!!!
