On Friday 12 June I shall be taking the day off work and cycling from my home in Huddersfield to Wetherby - a 40 mile trip. This will be my "warm up" for the perfect Saturday  - I will join 1500 others and cycle from Wetherby Racecourse to Filey Brigg - a 72 mile trip. To "warm down" I shall then cycle on to Scarborough, take the train and be home by tea-time

I hope to raise some money for Barnsley Hospice. They do great work. Please help. You never know if you or yours might need them one day.
