About my charity : CTRT Appeal CTRT Appeal
The CTRT Appeal for £1,000,000 has been set up to fund the expansion of a cancer research team at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, including highly-skilled doctors, research fellows, nurses, data managers and technicians, and to build a dedicated research unit where patients can be treated and monitored.

I run 3-4 times a week and am now asking for support through sponsorship towards a very worthy cause. 

The CTRT Appeal for a cancer research and monitoring unit at Mount Vernon Hospital needs our support - I aim to run 100 miles over the next few months to help towards a £100K target our friend has set herself.

UPDATE (21/6/07) : 26 miles down! Definitely easier than running this distance all in one go in a marathon!!

UPDATE (25/6/07) : Great news - have already broken the 1000 pound target originally set. However we of course want to make as much as possible, so please continue to donate.

UPDATE (10/8/07) : Finally completed the 100 miles within the planned 10 weeks! Of course I won't be hanging up my running shoes just yet... so please continue to sponsor me..... thank you
