It was a lovely day for a ten-mile Great South Run around Portsmouth.

I clocked a time of 1:18'31" which meant I finished 1,454th (out of 21,000) and a heady 186th in my age group.

And most importantly, when Sky match the first £300 donated, it'll have raised over £1,000 for Cafod.
