Over two and a half days in July, along with a group of dentists I will be cycling the C2C from Whitehaven to Tynemouth to help to raise money for Dentaid.

The event is being supported by Denplan in as much as they have organised it and will be passing me chocolate bars, other than that it is two wheels and two legs

As I have sent you this scrounging e-mail I hope you will be able to support Dentaid and if it cheers you up yes my legs will hurt and from past experience of multi day bike rides my bum will hurt too.
