The British Lung Foundation is the only UK charity working for everyone affected by lung disease. The charity focuses its resources on providing support for people affected by lung disease today; and works in a variety of ways (including funding world-class research) to bring about positive change, to improve treatment, care and support for people affected by lung disease in the future.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.  As you can see from the picture running isn't all fun and I will be working quite hard to do the distance! 

I'm supporting the British Lung Foundation because my father suffers from a disease called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COPD.  This disease significantly reduces lung capacity and affects the quality of life of a large number of people around the world.
