WE DID IT !!!!!! WE CANOED! WE CYCLED! WE WALKED! WE SUPPORTED!! EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WAS INVOLVED IN THIS EVENT DEDICATED THEMSELVES WHOLEHEARTEDLY. IT'S DIFFICULT TO PUT INTO WORDS JUST HOW ENRICHING THIS EXPERIENCE WAS. I'M SURE DAVID WOULD BE HUGELY PROUD OF ALL OF US!! PLEASE CONTINUE TO DONATE TO THE CAUSE. THE PARTICIPANTS PUT THEMSELVES THROUGH HELL AND HIGH WATER TO COMPLETE THEIR RESPECTIVE CHALLENGES AND THEY DID IT WITH COURAGE, PASSION AND A UNITED SPIRIT! A FITTING TRIBUTE INDEED. David's wish was to canoe Loch Ness to raise money for Bury Hospice who provided such dedicated care throughout his battle with mouth cancer. Sadly, David died before he could fulfill his goal and it is his family and friends who have realised his wish by taking part and completing The David Read Loch Ness Challenge.
