I will be racing in this year's London Triathlon (www.thelondontriathlon.co.uk) raising money for and awareness of Sports Aid (www.sportsaid.org.uk).  I will be competing in the Olympic race distance event; 1500m swim, 40km cycle and 10km run.

Marathons were becoming quite repetitive!...
