The MS Therapy Centre in Nailsea nr Bristol is one of a number of small charities across the country that provides vital practical help for people with MS, not just with advice and support but also therapies that make this illness more bearable to live with. It is a charity close to the hearts of my wife and I as my wife was diagnosed with MS some 18 years ago and she has received help from this centre at varying times of those 18 years.

This challenge is something I have always wanted to do and I am funding the cost of it entirely myself so anything you donate on this page will help this centre continue it's vital work
