Running 10K may not seem like very far, however as fans of red wine, white wine, beer, chocolate, cake, cheese, BBQs, lounging about on the sofa, playing Wii games...and just about everything else that is bad for us (the list could go on and on!!) we desperately need your support to continue with our training programmes and actually make it all the way to the finish line
