SCOPE is an organisation that focuses on people with cerebral palsy. 1,800 babies are born with cerebral palsy each year of which there is no cure. That is 1 in 400 children that are affected. SCOPE works with these children that suffer with cerebral palsy along with their families and carers and provide a range of services to meet their needs and to enable them to live the lives they choose.

I  really do try my best to help others and when you have worked with children who suffer with cerebral palsy it makes your heart go out to them. I put myself out by helping...and it will only take you 3 minutes of your time to do the same.

Just imagine for one moment what it would be like to live a life where you have difficulty in controlling the movements of your body and facial expressions. You no your doing it but the messages between the brain and the muscles are all jumbled up making it difficult to walk, talk, sit still and to eat.
