I DID IT!!!!
Was absolutely amazing - one tiny mark on one foot about 2mm by 2mm is all i got - truly awesome!

Im a self confessed coward and totally scared of doing this firewalk but the association is close to my heart, with both my godson and my daughter affected with vision problems, and know how much good the Cornwall Blind Association does.
Firewalking is the act of walking barefoot over a bed of hot coals. The lane itself is between 15-20ft long and 2-3ft wide. During the course of the burn down the temperature of the fire reaches over 1236 degrees fahrenheit and when it comes time to walk on the coals the fire lane will be burning at a core temperature of over 800 degrees fahrenheit.
As you can see its a bit scary to say the least so please please please help me to raise enough money to overcome my fear of this event as I am even too scared to snuff a candle out with my fingers so this is a major thing for me to do and the more donations the greater my courage! lol
Have now done a photo shoot for the cornish guardian for this week (18th march) so that should be embarrasing as i hate having my photo taken anyway! Wasnt expecting front page though!
