In the UK: Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year. One man dies every hour of prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is the UK’s leading charity working with people affected by prostate cancer. We fund research, provide support and information, and we campaign to improve the lives of men with prostate cancer. We provide the only UK-wide prostate cancer Helpline staffed by prostate cancer specialist nurses. Our nurses offer free and confidential information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is working towards a world where lives are no longer limited by prostate cancer. The Charity is fighting prostate cancer on every front - through research, support, information and campaigning.

I'm running in the London marathon on 22nd April in aid of the Prostate Cancer Charity. I have chosen to support this charity because two members of my family have recently been affected by this form of cancer.

Thankyou all for your wonderful donations & support. I managed to complete the marathon in 4hrs 42mins . It was an amazing experience.
