We are Claudia Shaw-d’Auriol and Dominica Yang and live with our families both in Hong Kong and London.

Although we are carreer women, wives and mothers we have always not only loved cooking but had a strong commitment to charity. Eventually we decided to link these together and self published a book called "Delicious". We initially sold the book in Hong Kong in aid of a local charity but were moved by the work of Facing the World to offer them the proceeds of the book. (The latest version that we are printing includes information on their work)
