I am taking part in a 5K challenge at Battersea Park on the 26th of September 2010 to raise money for the Sierra Leone War Trust for Children (SLWT). It is a charity that works with children and youth in Sierra Leone, of which I am also a trustee.
I did a time of just over 28 mins last year and am looking to go faster this year so you are most welcome to offer me time incentives...
