"Whoa, what a large set of teeth, you better keep them away from me on the day" Commented Denny. Adding "You look like Gok Wan in those glasses!".

"Mark, it is not about appearance, it is about who you are, one day you will understand. You see I have already run the Marathon for the Parkinsons Disease Society, Asthma UK and this time I want to do it for the kids" remarked Sethard-Wright.

"You know what Matt, you make me want to be a better person, I have so much respect for you, I will not only run it for those kids, I will also run it for you pal" Responded Denny.

As most of you will know Denny is built for speed and Gok for love. If they complete this year's London Marathon it will be their combined sixth and final Marathon. 

Gok is keen to just complete it and a result to him would be sub five hours.
