October 27, 2006 has come and gone!! But you can still donate!!!
The bike ride was amazing, but even more amazing was the M'Lop Tapang project! This project helps over 600 street children in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. They do an amazing job at helping children get off of the street and find safer work and trades through education. Also, the project helps children who are addicted to drugs become drug free.
Please visit www.mloptapang.org to learn more about this AMAZING project!!
After completing this bike ride, my desire to work towards better conditions for children worldwide has increased. You too can get involved in child related issues by becoming informed about Children's Rights at ( http://www.unicef.org.uk/tz/rights/convention.asp )
ALSO you can search for and help/volunteer at your local or international charities at www.google.com .
OR you can help ICT by sponsoring a child or being a regular monthly donator. Visit http://www.ict-uk.org/index.html
REMEMBER: The money raised will go to NGOs and programmes like the M’lop Tapang programme (www.mloptapang.org) that give displaced children access to learning tools and resources, and by providing physical security, education, counselling and protection from abuse.
Only £200 more is needed to reach the goal. So PLEASE DIG DEEP and donate today!
THANKS!!
