I've decided to combine weightloss/fitness and raising money for charity all in one go and have signed up to a 20mile cycle ride for The Brendoncare Foundation - Providing lasting change for older people through total care centres and friendship clubs
Now, you may be thinking that 20 miles isn't a lot! well...for someone of my size and poor fitness levels it is! LOL! So, I hope to lose pounds through training for this and gain the pounds in sponsorship! Please please feel free to dig deep!
