Hello Again Everyone! 

With so much of our time and energy channelled into keeping the business afloat this year, both Kathryn and I have not had quite so much time for training and our once a month charity races, but nothing is going to stop us competing in the British 10K on Sunday July 12th 2009, starting at 09:35am, for our favourite charity Cancer Research and in particular Marie Curie.  The atmosphere is amazing. The event is televised, so you can turn on your TV on Sunday morning with your Sunday papers, coffee and croissants and watch us staggering along the streets of London to the crowds cheers (not necessarily directly at us!).  I thank my lucky stars everyone day I am fit and healthy enough to compete in such events, which also allow Abenefit2u to raise funds for others less fortunate. 

We have raised this just giving sponsorship page if anyone would like to ensure we do not pull out by making a donation, but please do not feel obliged, we understand full well how tough times are currently for everyone, but thank you in anticipation to anyone who is feeling fortunate and generous towards our cause...
