I'm lending my support to Howard Roper and Ian Fegen on their epic John o'Groats to Lands End Cycle Challenge starting on 23rd August. I am joining them for the second day (the longest of the 8 days - 126 miles) from Inverness to Perth - and no, it isn't all downhill!! The training is almost done - it just leaves us to do the pedalling - and you to do the donating!!!
