The Disabilities Trust is a leading national charity providing high quality care, rehabilitation and support for people with profound physical impairments, autism, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities. We offer a range of specialist, purpose-built accommodation, community-based housing, education and other essential support programmes, all individually-tailored and all aimed at empowering each of our service users to live more fulfilling, independent lives.
