    Donation by Sarah T M Bell £20.00 + £5.00 Gift Aid

I read that you had helped a man to talk after 20 years of not being able to by simply providing him with a tablet device and a suitable app.

Case study: donations in action

Luke had just started university when a car accident left him in a coma for 10 days. After almost 3 months in hospital, Luke was transferred to one of our brain injury services, Fen House in Ely. At Fen House, he followed an 8 week neuro-rehabilitation programme. Staff gave Luke the support and guidance he needed to carry on with his studies, and how to cope with memory loss and fatigue.

Luke has since gained a 2:1 degree and he took part in the 2011 London Marathon to raise money for Fen House. He completed the marathon in a very respectable 4 hours and 24 minutes!
