I've just completed the 2010 MK Midnight Moo with my good friend Judith.

To us, this was a huge challenge as we'd both been through major surgery this year and we hadn't been able to do much training in preparation for the 10 mile walk.  And Judith registered on the night!!!!

We had such a good night even though we were very tired and aching.  The event was very well organised and safe apart from the odd uneven pavement.  We also wore trainers that are designed to work the muscles harder....similar to walking 10 miles on sand!!!!!  But despite all this, we crossed the finishing line at 3 hours 55 minutes!!! 

And this brings us to 2011.....and the next 10 mile Moo walk.  Raising money for a charity like Willen Hospice is worth putting ourselves through this again.  Maybe others might be inspired to join in.  Please donate whatever you can spare.  Every single penny counts.
