I have decided to join the China Trek event in order to raise funds for the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS).  A great friend has personal experience of rheumatoid arthritis and introduced me to the great work that NRAS is doing to help sufferers and carers.  I sure that you constantly see requests for support and donations but this is a great cause doing important work.

The China Trek is going to physically and mentally challenging for all involved but it is nothing compared with what RA sufferers go through on a daily basis.  I'm going to give my best and I really hope that you will support me in supporting people who are less fortunate.

Please donate as much as you can afford, no matter how small the amount may be.  NRAS need all the help they can get to continue their efforts to make it easier for people for whom pain and lack of quality life is a daily certainty.
