My story

 

We are rasing money for our Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award residental section. We are both planning on sailing a tall ship around the Carribean in Summer 2010.

We will be learning how to sail a tall ship on our own!  Learn the ropes needed to be performed to keep a ship sailing, this is a 24hr job, we will be handling the ropes, taking the helm, keeping a proper look out, also being involved in all the various tasks that keeps a tall ship sailing, we will also be involved in one ot the three watches.

We will meet new people, build new relationships with others, work as part of a team,develop our communication skills and learn to form good working relationships.

This will be an experience of a life time for us, and we are looking forward to completing this trip.  

Please donate towards our expedition, it doesn't matter how much you donate as all donations will be greafully recieved.
