My story

 

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Just to remove any remaining doubt that I have finally taken leave of my senses I thought that it would be great fun to obtain,  by fair means,  a London Marathon  runner's medal before becoming eligible for a bus pass !  The 2009 marathon is my last chance to realise this ambition before the bus pass, heating allowance,  zimmer frame and other trappings of old age become mine - and just thirty thousand paces for a good cause is worth the effort.

I run with the Harvel Hash House Harriers and my club name is Doggy (please don't ask why - it's a bit rude!).  We have six members with places in this event and training is well underway so I am confident of going the distance.
