Imagine being diagnosed with a life-threatening illness...where would you turn? Every year, St. David's Foundation provides Hospice care to over 2500 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in the County Borough's of Caerphilly, Torfaen, Monmouth & Newport. Most people feel most comfortable in their own homes, surrounded by things they know and people they love, so that's where St. David's provides most of their care - in the home. Each year it costs over £4.5 million to provide our services, your support really does make a difference.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and make a donation towards our 2008 Appeal.

We provide care and support to more than 2,400 patients, their families and carers living with life-threatening illnesses each year. Our care is given completely FREE OF CHARGE, so please help us to continue to bring care home when it's needed most by supporting our Appeal.
