“Phab, with headquarters based in Croydon, is the leading national charity dedicated to the integration of children and adults with and without disabilities. There are over 200 Phab clubs in England.

Phab creates opportunities for the disabled and able-bodies to come together on equal terms by means of local clubs, holidays and activities to encourage independence, with special emphasis on children and young people. Phab also organises residential integrated living projects, again to encourage independence and friendship. Through its important Disability Awareness Programme, Phab is also working to alter perceptions and prejudices by raising awareness of all disability issues amongst the general public.

Funds raised by entrants, through sponsorship, will enable Phab to continue these projects and to develop new clubs in communities where no such facilities exist.
