St Luke's Hospice is an independent charity increasingly reliant on donations from our community. We provide specialist Hospice Care free of charge to people in Harrow and North Brent regardless of their circumstances or background. We care for people who suffer with cancer and other serious progressive illnesses such as motor neurone disease and heart failure. St Luke's recognises that coming to terms with a serious illness can be difficult and distressing. Everyone in the family can be affected, so Hospice Care in addition to offering patients support also embraces families and friends sustaining them through the illness and into bereavement.

My story

Well, I did all 67 miles and no blisters!!!

We had a great time and Somerset looked very beautiful with spring flowers, lambs, green hills and glimpses of the Bristol Channel.

Exmoor was challenging on the Sunday - very exposed with a biting wind. And we had our share of rain and mud.

But it was all worth it - walking with a great bunch of people and glasses of Somerset cider at the end of each day. Bliss!

Thank you everyone who has donated so far and there is still plenty of time for others to do so - the page does not expire until 30 July.
